Logo Usage
The correct use of the corporate logo with the Class on Demand tagline across materials, such as brochures, advertising, web sites, and direct marketing pieces is essential to increasing the Class on Demand brand. This also applies to the use of the corporate logo on Class on Demand products, packaging, promotional items, and signage.
To ensure consistency, use the established logo-tagline versions shown below. Right-click on the below graphic to use the web version. Click on the "Download Print Version" to download the EPS version of the web graphic.
The following guidelines will ensure that our corporate logo reflects the quality of our products and services, as well as our commitment to professionalism.
Placement & Treatment
• The Class on Demand logo should only appear in a horizontal position
• The trademark symbol TM must appear in the lower right corner, inside the red box, by the arrow
• You may use only the version(s) of the corporate logo supplied above
Other Guidelines
• The logo may not be used in a manner that would disparage Class on Demand.
• The logo should be accompanied by the following footnote: "The Class on Demand logo is a trademark of Class on Demand, Inc."
• You must use the logo as provided by Class on Demand and you shall not change the color or design of the logo.
• Class on Demand reserves the right to object to unfair use or misuse of its trademarks or other violations of applicable law involving the Class on Demand logo.
Guidelines for Online Usage
When using the Class on Demand logo on any web site, you must adhere to the following guidelines in addition to those set forth above. Consistent and correct use helps maintain a strong brand identity.
No Alteration Allowed
The corporate logo may not be altered in any way, except as otherwise agreed by Class on Demand. You shall not change the logo's color or font, take the logo apart, change its proportion, or otherwise alter it from the version supplied by Class on Demand.
Minimum Size
The minimum size of the Class on Demand logo is 90 by {30*} pixels. The logo may be displayed at a larger size, but all elements of the logo must be increased in size proportionally.
Link Requirement
The Class on Demand logo should always have an active link to the following URL: http://www.classondemand.net
Placement
The Class on Demand logo must be placed by itself in a prominent location on your web site. The preferred placement would be on your home page above the fold. Proper clear space must be maintained between the logo and all other elements as stated above.
Trademark Line
Any web site bearing the Class on Demand logo must credit ownership of the corporate logo. The following line should be used: "The Class on Demand logo and tagline are trademarks of Class on Demand, Inc."
Updates and Compliance
Class on Demand reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these guidelines at any time. Class on Demand also reserves the right to take action against any use of the corporate logo that does not conform to the above guidelines.
