When sending us your support email, please include the following information:

* Product Name
* Format (DVD, VHS for NTSC, or VHS for PAL)
* Your Full Name
* A description of your problem as well as steps that can be taken to reproduce the problem
* Player type and model (i.e. Sharp VHS Hi-Fi Model # 1234, or Sony DVD Model# DN-4000)
* Your email address OR telephone number
