Official Rules

By registering to win I agree to and accept the Official Rules and the decisions of Class on Demand, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

Giveaway Description: The Giveaway is offered by Class on Demand and consists of the following: 1) NVIDIA® Quadro® FX 5800 graphics card valued at $3,200 AND 2) One (1) year of online access to Class on Demand's COD-produced content valued at $2,100. Registration begins now through 12:00 pm CST Sunday, April 10, 2011.

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all eligible participants 21 years and older, void in states & countries were prohibited.

Agreement to the Official Rules: By registering for the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Class on Demand, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

How to Enter: Visit www.classondemand.net/giveaway/register.html (this page) during the Giveaway period, complete the online entry and submit as directed or mail your entry to Class On Demand, 2200 N. Stonington Ave., Suite 100, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169. Only one entry per person will be accepted. All entries must be received by 12:00 pm CST Sunday, April 10, 2011. Class on Demand is not responsible for any late or misdirected entries.

Winner Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Class on Demand on or about 4/10/11 and will be announced at the SuperMeet in Las Vegas, NV the night of 4/12/11. Winner will also be notified by one of the following methods: email, telephone or US mail. Upon notification, Winner will notify Class on Demand, in writing (via US mail or email), what operating system (Windows or Mac) they would like the NVIDIA graphics card for. Notification of this operating system must be received by Class on Demand two (2) weeks after Winner notification is given. If notification of operating system is not received by Class on Demand within this two (2) week period, another winner will be chosen and such rules will apply.

General Conditions/Release: By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants agree to release Class on Demand officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation. All Entrants will automatically be placed on the Class on Demand email distribution list. Winner agrees to allow Class on Demand to use their name and image for promotion, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional financial consideration and consent or prior review.

Winner: To receive Giveaway results go to www.classondemand.net or www.facebook.com/classondemand. The winner will be posted on both sites by April 22, 2011.
