Meet the Executive Team of Class on Demand Paul Holtz, President/CEO Paul Holtz is the President/CEO of Christie Video Communications, the Midwest's leading corporate and industrial video production company, and the parent company of Class on Demand. Paul has been a visionary in the creative and media industry for 20 years. Paul is widely recognized as an expert in real-time compositing and 2D/3D effects creation. His wildly successful Creation Station Plug-ins, HoltzFX I and II made him a highly respected artist on Pinnacle and SGI Hardware. Holtz was also Editor in Chief of "The Lamp Magazine" from 1997-2001, which was the first publication that focused on real-time compositing for concert tours, IMAG (Image Magnification) and television TD's. Credits include Art Director, IMAG, for Tina Turner's "24/7 Tour" and Bette Midler's "Miss Divine Tour", Technical Consultant at ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS, CBC, CNN, The Weather Channel, and a host of others. Paul remains a consultant to Pinnacle Systems, SGI, and Microsoft. Andrew Sheldon, Class on Demand Advisory Board Prior to joining Visible World as VP marketing in 2006, Sheldon was the Executive Director, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment marketing at Sun Microsystems. Sheldon managed market focused activities for Sun in its $4B telecommunications business. Prior to Sun Microsystems, Sheldon held a number of senior marketing roles at Microsoft Corporation. Sheldon was responsible for the applications and services initiatives at Microsoft TV and was senior director of product marketing at MSN TV. Prior to joining Microsoft, Sheldon was the founder and vice president of sales and marketing for 365 Media, a developer of ASP-based software for the business publishing industry. Before that, he served as director of entertainment marketing for Silicon Graphics (SGI) where he oversaw the product development and marketing strategy for the film, broadcast, postproduction, audio and game development markets. Sheldon has worked in the high technology side of the media industry for over 20 years. He was vice president of marketing for Pinnacle Systems and was instrumental in their successful entry into the desktop video market and initial public offering in 1994. Sheldon has also held senior technical and marketing positions at Abekas Video Systems and Michael Cox Electronics. He holds a B.Sc. in electrical and electronic engineering from Brooklands technical college, England. Eric Oldham, Creative Director As Creative Director, Mr. Oldham is responsible for web development, broadcast, and multimedia technology in support of Class on Demand's product line. He is also responsible for all print and web graphics that support COD's product line. He brings years of technical experience, including his past position as Interactive Developer for a large Chicago area production company.
